M’Pouto Waterfront is the new place to live in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Located on the north shore of the Ébrié lagoon, in close proximity to the Ivoire golf club, this unique residential resort will set the new standards for the area.

M’Pouto Waterfront has been conceived as a balanced combination of different types of buildings and landscapes, in order to create a resort-like atmosphere.

As residences, besides its eleven state of the art apartment buildings, M’Pouto Waterfront offers town houses, lagoon view luxury villas and “The Village”.

As amenities, M’Pouto Waterfront development includes a nine classroom school, kids’ playground, office space, a leisure pier and “The Club”, with restaurant, tennis court, gym and an outstanding swimming pool.

MASTER PLAN

The master plan has been studied to maximize the views to the lagoon. Accordingly, the apartment buildings, five and six stories, are located in the north-east and north-west sides of the development, defining its urban perimeter; “The Village”, three to five stories, stands at the center, as the heart of the residential resort; while the town houses and the villas, both two stories, enjoy the shore of the lagoon.

“The Club” and the office space are located at the north corner of the compound, by the main access, to set from the beginning its resort-like character. From there, a palm tree boulevard and a circular one-way road organize the car traffic through the development.

The pier will offer, at the same time, space for leisure and a landmark, an architectural feature that distinctly identifies m’pouto waterfront as a high-end destination.

APARTMENT BUILDINGS

Eleven buildings, rising five and six stories, offer a full range of apartments: one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, including duplexes and penthouses with private swimming pools, all following the highest standards for size and quality. The apartments are conceived to have their living areas facing the best available views, and at the same time maximize the privacy of the bedrooms.

Their architecture is born form the combination of expressive engineered-stone shells, cantilevered balconies extended with aluminium shadings to protect the floor to ceiling windows and light canopies at the top to shelter the exclusive penthouses. All intertwined with landscape features that pierce and climb through the buildings to intensify the resort-like feeling of the whole resort. All the apartments count with two parking spaces (one indoor and one outdoor).

THE VILLAGE

At the heart of the project, six apartment and duplex buildings surrounding a central garden make up The Village, a place to enjoy the relaxed life of traditional villages in a contemporary architectural landscape.

TOWNHOUSES AND VILLAS

M’Pouto Waterfront includes 22 townhouses and 6 independent villas with private swimming pool. The houses, ranging from three to five bedrooms, have direct views to the lagoon. They share an architecture conceived to enjoy the light and the views.

THE CLUB + THE BOX

The Club is the main community space at M’Pouto Waterfront. It combines a playroom, cinema, bank, supermarket, restaurant, sports courts, swimming pool, gym, and offices to meet the leisure and work needs of the whole family. Along with the reserved space for a school, the children’s playground, the lagoon promenade, and the pier, it offers the possibility of a complete daily experience.
